RYDE is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Standard. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do. We test with keyboard-only navigation, automated accessibility scanners, visual and code inspection, and screen readers, and we re-test when we change the site. The background photos on the home page can be paused with the "Pause background motion" button, and they stay still if your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limits. Our checkout, cookie-consent banner, payment buttons and customer login are provided by Shopify, and we cannot change how they are built. Some older browsers or assistive technology may not support every feature.

Tell us about a problem. If something on this site is hard to use, email hello@byryde.co and tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to fix problems quickly. You can also ask for any information on the site in another format.
